Anxiety disorders involve persistent feelings of worry, fear, or nervousness that can interfere with daily life. Symptoms may include restlessness, rapid heartbeat, difficulty concentrating, and trouble sleeping. While occasional anxiety is normal, chronic anxiety can be overwhelming and often benefits from therapy, support, and sometimes medication. Learning coping strategies and having a strong support system can make a significant difference.

God

who sees every thought,
when worries grow loud and hard to quiet,
Be the calm within the storm.
Untangle anxious minds,
slow racing hearts,
and remind them they are safely held in Your care.
