Migraines

Migraines are intense, recurring headaches that can cause throbbing pain, often on one side of the head. They are commonly accompanied by nausea, sensitivity to light and sound, and sometimes visual disturbances known as auras. Migraines can last for hours or even days and may be triggered by stress, hormonal changes, certain foods, or lack of sleep. Managing migraines often involves medication, lifestyle adjustments, and identifying personal triggers.

Daily Bible verse: “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” – Psalm 147:3

Lord,
when pain overwhelms, and light feels too heavy to bear,
bring relief.
Soften the pounding, quiet the senses,
and let rest come gently.

Amen.
